POLICIES At Everything Bespoke, we always want to ensure that every customer goes away delighted. We work hard to ensure this. Please read carefully our policies below. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us! Alterations Credit Everything Bespoke is committed to helping you attain the perfect fit. More than 95% of our orders require no alterations. For those that do, we encourage tweaking the garment to your ideal size, with the help of a local tailor and we pay for the cost of your alterations, up to 20% of the purchase cost of your order. Refund A refund request can be made any time before we start tailoring the garment. There shall be no cancellation charges or refund charges if the buyer has mutually agreed to cancel the transaction through within 60 days of the purchase date. In the very rare case of a tailoring error on our part where the finished garment sizes differ significantly from the original measurements submitted by yourself, or there is a material defect or the colour is not as specified, we will provide a replacement Free of charge. 1 Year Replacement Within the first year of purchase, we'll replace any garment that is damaged, ripped, torn, stained, burned, etc. with a new one at 50% of the retail cost. Replacement policy does not apply to lost or stolen items and shirts. Original fabric must be in stock for a replacement policy to apply. No fabric substitutions, alterations, or changes to the sizing of your original garment are permitted.
