We greatly value our customers and therefore you have 14 days to return or exchange the goods. We realize that our sortiment consists of clothes of different sizes and it is not easy to estimate the right size without trying clothes.
The exception applies to goods that have hygienic restrictions by law – in our range are socks and insoles. These goods cannot be exchanged or returned after testing. Therefore, we recommend that you carefully select the correct size before purchasing it.

Simply write an E-mail to info@sportheaters.com and send the goods in the same package that was delivered to our address: Tomas Bartalsky, Zadunajska cesta 16, 851 01 Bratislava, Slovakia.

The goods must be undamaged, unused, clean, in the original packaging and with attached tags usable for resale.
