Device is functional, but has 2 issues. Screen is clean, did not see any scratches.
1. The touch partially works. It is finicky in some areas (right side of the screen going in for example). It should be considered as NON-WORKING. I can't guarantee what areas work properly and what doesn't.
2. There are some small light/white spots on the screen. Not super visible on regular use. More noticeable on white/lighter screens. Device comes as pictured with charger. Please observe all pictures closely before purchase.
Windows 10 installed. Battery has good capacity.
