Nice goldtone turtle pin from Monet. He is 1 3/4 inches from tip of nose to tip of tail. Tip of front leg to tip of front leg is 1 1/4 inches. His head and legs have a pave look, while the rest is shiny with the segments of his shell indented in design. The clasp works easily. I have so many pins and brooches I did not wear it often so he is not scratched or damaged. From the clasp to the top of the shell is over an inch so he can handle a jacket lapel.
