It has a copyright date of 1905 on it, and was published by Theodore Presser. It is in good condition, for its age. The cover pages have many small tears, as do the pages. There are also some scuffs and light stains on the cover and pages. The music is 5 pages long. The center page is loose from the outer pages. The cover pages are torn away from each other at the top and bottom, and there are some tears along the creased edge as well. This is a great, very old piece of sheet music in need of some TLC, and still a great find.
