Visible and audible Hi and Lo alarms are provided for temperature and CO2. The entire stainless steel shelf system can be assembled and disassembled without the use of tools for ease of cleaning. A stainless steel humidity pan is also supplied with the unit to promote high RH levels within the chamber.
