This is the Japanese version and did not come with a detachable Mickey Ears coin purse. Black Leather. Extra Large. Exterior has Mickey Mouse head metal studs on the front. Bottom has 5 protective feet. Interior lining is embossed with Mickey. One interior zippered pocket. Excellent condition. No smells or missing Mickey Mouse heads.
