Item closes with a toggle that has three loops so it is somewhat adjustable. Item is on the heavier side so not for those who like their jewelry light. Made from both new and upcycled materials. I'd found a bag of the beige beads in my stash and decided to fill it in with beads using a few where I only had a couple of them left like the triangular type beads in the front. Lot ET
