This is a New, never worn skirt and it is in very good condition. It is hand made in what I would consider to be size Small. It has an elastic waist but is not lined. The body is Black and has Orange, Green Purple Blue Rickrack Ribbons around the bottom. This would make a cute Halloween Skirt. It measures as follows lying flat and doubled. No rips or stains.
