Positioned at the back of your appliance, it connects to the water lines and regulates water flow into the washer. The valve's solenoids open and close according to the desired water temperature or volume. The part includes hot and cold water valves, as well as a thermistor sensor for detecting water temperature. To install this part, ensure the washer is unplugged and the water supply is turned off. Use a flat blade to release clips under the front corners of the control panel, and flip it backwards to access the water valve.
