This is a new air filter in the original sealed bag. Eventhough the bag is sealed. the metal part of the filter shows a little light rusts at both ends on the top. See last photo. But the filter is still functional. Note: All items shipped to an Ohio address or picked up at our location are subject to Ohio sales tax. We are closed on Sundays.
