The piece is in very good condition, in that it is not split or chipped, but there is some glue remnant on the back at the top where there was probably a pin attached at some point. The piece could easily be made back into a pin, or a necklace pendant. It is made of what seems to be a hard, high quality plastic or resin, and has many artificial stones attached to the front. It is 2” from top to bottom, and 1.75” from side to side. It is a great piece, and would be a wonderful piece of jewelry.
