Instructor magazine, which has had various names throughout the years, originally began publication in 1891. The magazine focuses on teacher-related topics and curriculum ideas, and as of 1990 is owned by Scholastic. This listing is for a November 1980 wall calendar/leopard poster that was a supplement in that month's issue of The Instructor magazine. The calendar features wonderful color illustrations, including Wizard of Oz characters! The drawings are by artist John Jones. Additionally, each day on the calendar contains an interesting bit of info for the teacher to share with their class. This is double-sided and the reverse shows a photo of a lazy leopard and includes a short paragraph of leopard-related facts. This poster measures approximately 21 inches wide and 15 inches tall. It has been laminated. There is some discoloration to the paper but it's in overall very good condition. Will be shipped in a heavy-duty tube.
