The fabric is a beautiful Paisley pattern with Fuschia (Hot Pink), Cranberry (Sangria), Orange, Gray, Black White. The fabric is 88% Polyester and 12% Spandex so there is a little stretch to it. There is a little faux leather trim on the side and the bottom. It has solid Sangria shorts underneath that are a great lightweight polyester stretch fabric. size 4 - Approx 30" at the waist, 17.25" in length approx 39" at the hips. size 6 - Approx 31.5" at the waist, 17.5" in length approx 40" at the hips. size 18 - Approx 40" at the waist, 20.75" in length approx 50" at the hips. size 20 - Approx 42.25" at the waist, 20.75" in length approx 52.5" at the hips. size 22 - Approx 45" at the waist, 21.25" in length approx 54" at the hips.
