Interesting Army rifle strap of some age. OD green web canvas, aluminum bales on the ends with leather loops, and the adjusting slide is probably steel and pained green enamel. If you were to stretch it all the way out and counting the loops it is a little over fifty inches. Good condition, the web canvas is strong, the leather loops are not going to break anytime soon but they have some scuffing and start of cracking and are the weak spots. No markings anywhere. I don't know if this is made for a specific model weapon, strikes me as one that would fit a lot of them, you might use it to tote a cooler if you wanted to but I think it is most likely for toting a rifle.
