In good, obviouslt used condition, one page is loose, but still enclosed, and it also includes, something of a rarity, an original Olson order blank. This has been filled in, but then, it seems Mr Chas. Livingston, of Verhoorseville, NY, changed his mind. He tore the order form out, and that is the reason why page 3 (the opposing part of the leaf) has come adrift. Apart from that, it's all in good shape.
