This is for the DVD for the 1st One Piece Movie Collection which contains the first 3 anime movies. This is the Region 2 release by Manga Entertainment (now a subsidiary of Sony through Funimation's acquisition). I bought this new and watched it a few times. The discs play fine. Please know that a region 2 release (EU release) means it will not work on DVD players that can only play region 1 discs (aka US releases). Please make sure you are able to play these type of discs before purchasing. If you have additional questions, feel free to ask me!!
