There is another heart that is a little more raised on the top area and has a butterfly an dblower on it. Then there is a tiny prayer or pill box that has a clasp on it to put in or take out a pill. (This small prayer box alone usually sells for about $50.00 in sterling!!) All are marked 925 on the bottom areas on each. Pre owned and needs to be shinned up. I can try to do that before shipping this out. And, the bracelet its self needs to be rounded back out smooth as it is a bit out of shape from being worn and shaped to the wrist. A buff at the jewelers and a shine up will have this looking really pretty once more.
