This item was a string of graduated pewter colored pearls and at intervals through the strand there were yellow topaz like gem spacers which I tried to capture in the photo. The spacers are larger in between the larger beads and become smaller in between the smaller beads. I don't know if any beads or spacers are missing. I never remember my relative wearing this which makes me think she broke it before I had a memory of it. I always thought I would re string it, but I never found the time and unfinished projects are going. This is a worthwhile project for someone and they will have a lovely necklace that is a little different than most. We must collect 6% Pennsylvania Sales and Use Tax at checkout.
