High-end Audiophile pair of speakers. Front-ported allows you to place against a wall or on a shelf. These speakers are very good sounding, and are fully tested and functioning great. Cosmetic issues are minimal but include minor nicks out of the MDF wood boxes but nothing super noticeable unless you?re looking for it. The grilles are okay, they have small tears, could be re-clothed, or just use the speakers without the grilles on. You will not be disappointed by the sound of these speakers. They are heavy and clearly made very well. The bass is good and can be used without a subwoofer especially in 2 channel listening. May also be used as home theater speakers and would be awesome for home theater fronts. Impedance is 8 OHM Rated down to 50 Hz up to 20 kHz Crossover is 3 kHz Original sold in 1990s.
