Designed by the late Betty Gimarelli, each ornament in this series was produced in limited quantities and beautifully detailed. This particular ornament is #1028 of 15,000 and includes the original red collector box and numbered Certificate of Authenticity. Designed and produced by Betty Gimarelli since 1989 In December 2013, Betty passed away following a brief and unexpected diagnosis of terminal cancer. Her husband, Jim, also recently diagnosed at the time with a terminal illness, passed away only hours before. These ornaments are no longer produced and are very collectible.
