Indications To provide part of the total required compression when used as a part of the PROFORE multi-layer compression bandage system, for larger limb sizes. Contraindications / Precautions Should not be used on patients with an ankle : brachial pressure index of less than 0.6, or on patients with advanced vessel disease. Failure to detect significantly reduced arterial flow can result in pressure necrosis, amputation or even death.
