Shipping - Paid items are shipped within 1 working day or less, excluding holidays and weekends. To get the best shipping price add bells to the Shopping Cart and pay after all selections are made with combined shipping. Shipping for bells is the actual First Class Package or Priority Mail postage rate plus $0.25 for packaging. Offers - Offers are welcome.
