This bag is beads or glass or fragile plastic. The fringe is of the same material. There are a few places on the bag where I can see that there are missing beads, which I have tried to capture in the photos. It has a golden frame and it hangs on a black chain. The lining is leather and is in good condiiton. There is a tiny pocket in the lining of leather that maybe a quarter could be slipped into. From clasp to tip of fringe it is 9 inches long and the chain adds an additional 6 inches of hanging length. It is 6 1/2 inches wide. Every time I handle it I head a bead hit the floor so I going to wrap it carefully in tissue and put it in a zip lock bag so any beads that may come off are captured.
