This is a small, three-dimensional shadowbox type plaque or decorative piece, light blue with clouds in the background and a colorful rainbow that says "Over It." Measures 4.75" X 4.75" and one inch deep. I think it is primarily intended to stand up on a desk or other surface, but you could also hang it on a wall if you attached a hanger to the back (it does not have any hanging mechanism on it, so you'd have to put on your own).
