This LED requires a 12 V. positive and ground connection which may be actuated by means of a hidden switch or may be wired hot to flash continuously (LED consumes very little current 20-30 mA). This LED may be mounted on the dash of a car, truck, van, etc, or may be used as an external indicator on locking boxes for contractor / mechanic / work vehicles, etc. The mere appearance of an alarm indicator light is very likely to prevent whatever you are protecting from being burglarized or vandalized.
