One side has very helpful Tone Parameter List, while the other side has the PCM Sounds List data. I wouldn't call it cardboard, but it's thicker than an average piece of paper, and it has a water resistant coating on it. The photo has a reflection on it because the coating on it's fives it a glossy finish. I will ship it between 2 pieces of cardboard to help keep it's shape.
