Descripción del Artículo

Classic flavor and shape in a red slicing tomato! The strain we have is a very compact, nearly dwarf plant. Despite the size, it sets full-size, slightly ribbed tomatoes with full-bodied flavor. Production was very good this last season. Rutgers is famous as the 'New Jersey' tomato, and certainly the flavor is everything you remember from the days of roadside stands in the Garden State. 70-75 days to ripen from transplanting. 30 seeds per packet.
