Other sticker on back appears to be from a department store "Ingebretsen's" $4.00. Very hard like pottery or plaster, round like a cookie with red and white hearts, painted or glazed. I can't find anything like it , Christmas tree ornament or wall hanging. Very cute and Scandinavian looking. Estate sale in Minnesota. Measures about 3 inches across.
