This beautiful ornamental and culinary pepper which is easy to grow and also very prolific, is well-known for its extreme spiciness. Plant produces good yields of 3=5" long by oe" wide hot peppers. Peppers are hot and turn from green to dark red when mature. They are green when unripe but can still be eaten. Extremely hot, the peppers can be used for some spicy southeast Asian recipes, or preserved in oil or vinegar.
