The phone is new, it has never been used.... it was only opened to make sure it turns on and to get the necessary information to be sure in case of return that they send the correct cell phone...... the phone is unlocked and can be activated with any phone company, just go to settings, look for the EID number and provide it to where you are going to activate the phone.... The only way we accept returns is that it hasn't been used...and we have photo of the phone and the information when we send it to protect ourselves from any fraud. any questions you can send me a message
