Descripción del Artículo

? Longines 431 High-Beat Automatic | 36mm | Serviced | Swiss Made | Rare | 3-Month Warranty ?? Trusted Seller: winebeerglasses Welcome to winebeerglasses, my store — the same name as my former Etsy shop (see last image for reviews). ? I maintained a perfect 5-star rating on Etsy for five years. I left due to Etsy’s poor customer support and now sell on eBay and Bonanza. ? For more watches, visit Bonanza.com and search for shop: winebeerglasses. ?? What Sets My Watches Apart All my watches are: Fully serviced De-magnetized Timegrapher regulated Backed by a 3-month warranty ? I never use Chinese-made parts — even the spring bars are Swiss Made. ?? Many flippers sell unserviced watches. Those “deals” often need $$$ in repairs. Mine are ready to wear and keep time properly. ? Watch Overview This is a rare opportunity to own a Longines 431 high-beat automatic, a movement that was revolutionary in its time. Movement: Longines 431 High-beat at 36,000 beats per hour (10 beats/sec) Famous for both precision and durability Case Size: 36 mm (not including crown) Lug to Lug: 40 mm Thickness: Approx. 10 mm Style: Clean and elegant — true to 1970s aesthetics Serviced: Yes, fully cleaned, lubricated, and regulated ? Historical Note In the 70s, Longines was a leader in horological innovation, much like Audi was in automotive design. The 431 movement was their crown jewel — a high-frequency, highly reliable automatic caliber that fascinated collectors and engineers alike. I personally studied and collected this movement for years. ?? Condition Details Dial: Original, with minor marks and age-appropriate wear — still clean and attractive Crystal: Replaced with a new GS (Germany) crystal Bezel: Original 14K gold bezel was removed by the prior owner. I’ve fitted a Tissot gold-plated bezel that snaps in like the original and complements the case well Bracelet: Original two-tone stainless steel with solid links and Longines-signed clasp Comfortable and fits wrists up to 8" ? Vintage Watch Care This watch was not tested for water resistance. Please keep it away from water, as is standard for all vintage timepieces. ? Warranty Service Final sale Includes 3-month free maintenance Buyer pays shipping to me if service is needed I’ll repair it and ship it back at no cost ?? Why Vintage? Modern watches often lack the craftsmanship of vintage Swiss engineering. This piece is a wearable tribute to the peak era of mechanical design — the 60s and 70s, before quartz and electronics overtook the art of watchmaking.
