Black Velvet/Velour Dress This gorgeous dress features an empire waistline, ruched bust and ruffles along the bottom. The fabric is stretchy and comfortable to wear. Spaghetti straps. It's European sized (42) but converts to a North American size 10/12/14. The actual conversion is size 12 but as the fabric has quite a bit of stretch it could easily fit a size 14 who is okay with a fitted look.
