The listing is for the pins only. Someone took part of the cover off an old small notebook and shoved these pins into it but they didn't stick out far enough from the back to pinch a clutch onto so I took them off and tossed it. I did then put clutches on them The veteran who owned them served from the 40's through the 60's I believe. The "U.S." disc has just the right aging for some displays, the other disc is Ordnance and in great condition. The Rifle qualification has maker markings on the backs but not sterling so please do not request a photo.
