This is a Nut Plate (PN 96100940 - there may be other valid PNs) used with some Snoway vehicle-specific mounts for their plows. For example, this is Item 5 in the parts diagram for the 96100686 mounting kit for the Dodge Dakota and Durango. If you acquired a plow mount but are missing this piece, get it to complete the parts you need to mount the plow to your vehicle! Some dimensions: Thickness: 1/2" Length (not including wire handle): 3 1/4" The threaded holes are 2.25" on center, and are threaded for 1/2"-13 bolts I am not a Snoway dealer, so specific questions on your mount or application should be directed there for the most accurate answer.
