There are cosmetic dirt/stain marks. I have tried to clean with basic wash cloth and water but was unsuccesful in getting rid of any of the stains. Maybe you have a more advanced cleaning then I do. From an audio standpoint it sounds great. I really like the handle in between the speakers for carrying.Item has been tested and works. Plays cds including burned cds and plays the radio. Has Sony "megabass" button.
