From a smoke free home, I believe this was originally sold as a wastebasket but it was always used as a planter. There are no chips or cracks but I believe it may be missing on googly eye on the starfish, either that or it is winking but a very neat holder for whatever you may need it for. Because it was used there is some age and discoloring inside as I have shown in the pictures, this does not affect it at all for being used and is otherwise clean. Before packing this weighs over 5 pounds so it is a bit on the heavy side. Measures about 8 3/4" high and the opening is about 6" across.
