Couldn't get a clear picture of it, (really need a better camera)... but on Jar-Jar's butt is printed: "C" LUCASFILM, CHINA and the "C E" mark (Safety Mark) CONDITION: Mint in original Sealed Bag. On the front of the bag is printed the " C E " Mark and the words "For ages over 6" There is also the number 1999 written in pen on the top right corner, which I think is the date we got it, although I don't recall from where.
