This is a beautiful cut crystal pitcher. I have had it for a very long time, and have always loved it. It has a sterling silver top with a repousse design of flowers. I do not know the maker. The hallmark has a cross design, which reminds me of a British piece, and the words Sterling with 192A after the word Sterling. It is also marked 925-1000 Fine. The glass design looks like ribbons running up and down the pitcher from the silver to the bottom. The design makeup is 2 clear and smooth ribbons of clear glass followed by 2 ribbons of cut glass. There are a few chips in the glass ribbons that make up the pattern of the piece. I have allowed for that in the price. The chips are not obvious unless you run your fingers along the design. When held up to a strong light scratches can been seen that are on the inside. Whether they are true scratches, or smudges, I cannot tell, because my hand will not fit into the piece at all to feel it. They cannot fe felt on the outside. The inner diameter of the silver top is 2 3/4 inches. The outside diameter of the silver top is 3 1/2 inches. It is 11 3/4 inches tall. The bottom is a cut glass design and it is 5 inches across. The silver has no dents that I can see. I have examined it carefully, and have tried to be very honest about the condition. I want satisfied buyers. It weights almost 5 pounds.
