Descripción del Artículo

This booklet is about 8 1/2 x 11 inches and has 8 pages in total that fold into that standard size of paper. It has yellowed from age and there is a smudge on the front on the right. This leaflet covers everything you need to know for canning, ie: What Wear-ever utensils you can use and how much to put up for a year per person, etc. The author was Margaret Mitchell, who was the director of the "Wear-Ever" test kitchens at the time. I am uncertain of the vintage but would say it is definitely post world war II. We must collect 6% Pennsylvania Sales and Use Tax at checkout. Thanks for stopping by!
