.....This book is not new, but was in a preachers library. The pages, binding, and cover are very sturdy. The pages are yellowing from age some. I didn't see any pencil or pen markings while I was skimming through the books pages. The cover is slightly worn around the edges. The words on the covers spine is worn off, and can be hard to read.
