USED items are not eligible for refunds. Unused items may be returned within 14 days from delivery date for a refund. A return request must be initiated so that a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) may be issued. Returns without an RMA will be rejected. Items must be returned in its original packaging. If the original packaging has been discarded or too damaged to be reused, a suitable packaging substitute may be used. The buyer is responsible for securely packaging returns. Authorized returns shall be inspected upon receipt. Returned items damaged in transit due to unsecured packaging or with missing parts will not be eligible for refunds. Unless the product received was damaged in transit or has a factory defect buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost; otherwise the return shipping cost will be deducted from the eligible refund amount. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to approved returns.
