Fantastic heavy art glass blue vase by Tarnowiec, Poland. The glass is very thick frosted blue at the top and indents with ribbing around the center and then a clear blue finishes this vase off at the bottom. There is a branding label at the top of the vase. It measures 12 1/2" tall x 3" top opening x 4 1/2" at bottom. Would make a interesting carafe for wine, a vase for holding flowers or a home accent piece.
