It is clean inside and out. On the bottom is written Tim Hortons Traveller's Collection Series 1 Dishwasher and Microwave safe Made in China Tim Hortons 2016 in both English and French. The colors are true and vibrant. It measures 4-1/4" high with a 3-1/2" top diameter. My items are shipped from Canada and I use Canada Post - we do not have a media rate or first class shipping as in the US. Canada Post charges by the size and weight of the items. When you receive your parcel, shipping costs do not reflect the 15% HST we have to pay in Nova Scotia on stamps.
