Once holding English toffee, this two piece tin was designed by Edward Sharp Co of Maidstone (Kent) England. Each side displays a photo scene of four English cathedrals from Liverpool, Durham, Lincoln and Lichfield. The tin's colors are shades of blue with gold. Inside is clean and the top, set off by a metal handle, fits snuggly. Some scratches and nicks appear, but do not detract from the charm of this vintage candy tin. A previous owner tried to clean the bottom of tin and sadly much of stamped information is worn off. Measures 4.5" x 4.5" x 5" Look for other unique tins in my booth.
