Everything will be included as I bought it. The OST has been listened to a few times The Nintendo Rewards coins have been claimed for this cartridge. I bought this new and did a full playthrough. I played this game halfway without any patches. It's playable with slight problems with the translation (this is already a re-edited translation from Aksys but still has issues on things like gacha lists and confusing item descriptions). The current patch 1.01 that I finished with includes some fixes, but not all (see picture wherein there is no item description to the Element, Unyielding Strength).
