The TIME panel allows you to add or subtract minutes from the 10-minute maximum run time. The SPEED button has 10 speeds, with a default speed of 2 and a "STIR" setting for the lowest speed. The EMULSIFY button automatically operates the unit at its lowest speed for a 10-minute default time, which can be canceled by pressing the STOP button.
