This is a set of 8 Plastic coated paper plates that are for the "NEW YEAR" Celebration. They say "Happy New Year" twice on the plates. They have a white background with a very colorful (Blue, Red, Green, Yellow) decorations of party hats and balloons. They have a Red Border around the outside of the plate.
