It?s good plaque marked G40 with a hallmark (almost looks like a superimposed LZ in a box but I can?t tell, nor get a photo) at the bottom of the case. It?s made it Switzerland and has a 17 jewel movement. The second hand runs very smoothly similar to some of the high end watches that use an automatic movement - but this is mechanical.
