Knives with the Victorinox name are now very old and rare. This model is a large heavy duty folder. Closed length - 12 cm 4 3/4" Blade is high carbon steel. It is not stainless and can rust. There are slight minor spots on the blade from age and storage but no pitting or damage. The spring is very strong and needs a lot of force to open and close the blade. Blade is tight and solid when open. This is a true work knife built to last. It has brass liners and thick wood handles. The wood scales are made of very hard dense wood and are rounded for a comfortable secure grip. Unused old stock with original factory edge. A very rare old model from Victoria.
